I have asked him to invite NDB and I over to his bomb shelter so we can witness his tank in person. He has not taken me up on my offer, which leads me to conclude that he is either A) rude, or B) the tank does not exist. Or maybe both!! ;)

I think the only way to solve this is A) Invite Biff, NDB, and all other Tuscanians over for a BBQ or B) Take a pic of you infront of the tank:mrgreen:
