Many times red slime is due to low flow in an area. Clean it out manually and then add a little more flow to that area/areas. Also, overfeeding can be an issue. As stated above the water you put in can be an issue. Don't know if you are using RO/DI or not. Acros with white base is not good...

If you are refering to the red/brown stuff seen on three of the rocks there is a good possibility it is Lobophora. There are mixed reviews on how to best deal with this algae. I would suggest to remove the rock and scrape as much off as possible. Then make sure that the flow to this area is...
